National Trust for Historic Preservation Books 1998

A series created to illustrate the Trust’s many unique architectural treasures, each
book contains a historical essay supported by specially commissioned photographs.
The design incorporates the unique Japanese fold, making the book heavier in the
hand and, in the client’s words, “more giftable.” No longer available for sale, these
books have become a collector’s item. I designed these while a Senior Designer at
Douglas Gallagher.
