100 Golden Olympians 1996, United States Olympic Committee, Xerox Corporation, Lehman|Smith|Wiseman

Created to honor the top 100 U.S. Olympians of all time, the US Olympic
Committee, wanted this permanent recognition wall to serve as a constant source
of inspiration for athletes, staff, and visitors walking the adjacent Olympic Path at
the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The resulting design incorporated metallic gold and black cubes with minimal text
highlighting name, sport, and gold medals won by each athlete. These cubes were
set off by the clean, white background panels and lighted twenty-four hours a day.
